3. Order Processing & Transit Timelines
To comply with Google Merchant Center transparency requirements, our exact timeline breakdown is as follows:

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT - Greenwich Mean Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Handling & Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). This window includes order verification, product quality inspection, careful packaging, and sorting.

Transit & Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for the domestic shipping carrier to deliver the package from our facility to your door.
Total Delivery Time: You can generally expect your order to arrive within 4 to 9 business days from the total date the order was placed.

All shipments are sent via trusted domestic courier services (such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD).

5. Address Changes & Incorrect Information

Address Amendments: If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please email us immediately at support@myrthavex.site within 4 hours of placing your order. We will do our absolute best to update it. Once a package leaves our facility, the destination address cannot be modified.

Unclaimed Deliveries: The buyer is responsible for providing a completely accurate delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
