What is a reborn silicone baby doll? A reborn doll is a highly realistic, handcrafted doll that has been carefully created to resemble a human baby as closely as possible. Our silicone dolls feature lifelike skin textures, delicate hand-painted details, and are weighted to feel like a real infant in your arms.

Are these dolls suitable for young children? While our dolls are crafted with care, full silicone reborn dolls are delicate and are generally intended for adult collectors, hobbyists, or older children who know how to handle them gently. They are not recommended as play toys for toddlers.

How do I care for my silicone baby doll? To keep your doll looking beautiful, keep it away from extreme heat, direct sunlight, and sharp objects. If the doll gets dusty, you can gently wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive soaps on the silicone.

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is completely FREE for all orders within the UK. There are no hidden fees or minimum order requirements.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 9 business days from the moment you place it.

How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery online.

Orders and Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as secure digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are securely encrypted.

Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to cancel or change your order (such as updating the shipping address), please email us at support@myrthavex.site within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer make changes.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your doll to request a return. The item must be in its original, unused condition, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.

Do I have to pay for return shipping? If the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We do not charge restocking fees.

How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed immediately and will reflect on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
